  • $255 night, 4 night minimum, slightly higher for shorter stays or $1650 per week
  • $125 cleaning fee ($150 if longer than 2 weeks)
  • $250 security deposit
  • 11% SLO county bed tax


Winter Rates (September 16 - May 15):
  • $205 night, 3 night minimum, $1250 per week
  • $225 night for weekend only stays
  • $125 cleaning fee ($150 if longer than 2 weeks)
  • $250 security deposit
  • 11% SLO county bed tax
